Öznakliyat started ISO 9001:2000 QMS Project in Oct 2003. Öznakliyat accomplished to gain QMS certificates accredited by UKAS and TÜRKAK following the documentation audit executed by BVQI on 11 – 12 Oct. 2004. Öznakliyat’s Quality Management System is based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 QMS and EFQM (European Fund for Quality Management)’s 8 quality principles and targeted to serve under customer focus mentality with its all units and processes.
